Frequently asked questions
Which organisations can apply?
Professional non-profit and societal-impact organisations that use Microsoft 365 seriously can apply. PEXOR assesses every request based on the environment, the challenge and the impact that can realistically be achieved in one day.
Do we need ANBI status or CBF recognition?
No. ANBI status or CBF recognition can help demonstrate the organisation's societal character, but neither is required and neither creates an automatic entitlement to an Impact Day.
Can SBBI organisations apply?
Yes. Organisations that qualify as an SBBI can also apply. SBBI is not a comparable public quality mark or register; PEXOR only decides whether the request fits the Impact Day.
How large does our organisation need to be?
There is no public hard minimum. We do consider organisational scale, Microsoft 365 user count, professional context and whether senior consultancy can create meaningful impact within one day.
Why does PEXOR select applications?
Senior capacity is limited. Selection prevents the Impact Day from turning into general free IT support and reserves the available time for well-defined questions where a useful outcome is realistic.
Which Microsoft 365 topics can we submit?
Examples include governance, Copilot readiness, security and identity, Purview and information protection, Teams and SharePoint, Endpoint and Intune, architecture, second opinions and Microsoft 365 strategy.
What can we achieve in one day?
The day is designed to turn one important challenge into concrete findings, risks, choices, quick wins, priorities and next steps. A full implementation will normally fall outside the scope.
Can you make changes during the Impact Day?
Limited hands-on work can be included when it is responsible and relevant. The core remains analysis, decision support and direction; an Impact Day is not free project delivery or a service desk.
What do we receive afterwards?
Depending on the challenge: key findings, risks, quick wins, recommendations, decision points, priorities, a compact roadmap and clear next steps.
Do we have to buy services from PEXOR afterwards?
No. Follow-up support can be discussed when useful, but there is never an obligation to continue with PEXOR.
Can we apply for more than one Impact Day?
The proposition is designed as a selective intervention, not recurring free capacity. A new application can be reviewed, but PEXOR decides case by case whether it fits.
What if the challenge turns out to be larger than one day?
We narrow the scope to what creates the most value within the day. Afterwards it is clear what can be handled internally and where additional specialist support may be useful.
