3. Which data do we process?

Depending on your relationship with PEXOR, we may process the following personal data:

• •Information you provide yourself with a request, quotation or agreement.
• •Profile data for PEXOR Network, such as a LinkedIn profile, areas of expertise, availability, collaboration preferences and any notes.

• •Invoice and payment details.

4. Purposes of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• •Performing agreements and delivering services.
• •Managing client relationships and communication.
• •Matching and personal contact for relevant assignments, consultancy projects, secondments or roles within PEXOR Network.
• •Administration, invoicing and compliance with legal obligations.
• •Improving our services and securing our systems.
• •Marketing activities, such as newsletters or invitations (only with consent).

5. Legal basis

Personal data is processed on the following grounds under the GDPR:

• •Consent, for example for PEXOR Network or a newsletter subscription.

PEXOR does not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose of processing or as long as required by law. PEXOR Network profiles are periodically reviewed for relevance and deleted when the participant asks. Administrative data is generally kept for 7 years.

7. Sharing with third parties

PEXOR does not sell your data to third parties. We only share personal data with:

• •IT and cloud suppliers supporting our systems.
• •Financial service providers such as accountants or banks.
• •Potential clients or partners, but for a PEXOR Network profile only after the opportunity has first been discussed with you and you agree to the introduction.
• •Government authorities where legally required.

We conclude a data processing agreement with processors to protect your data.

PEXOR takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and unauthorised access to personal data.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
