No. PEXOR Network replaces the generic job alert with personal matching. Public vacancies may occasionally still be shared, but the network revolves around selected opportunities and collaboration within Microsoft 365.
Do I need to be available right away?
No. You can also join if you become available later, or if you only want to be approached for an exceptionally good fit.
Can I keep using other platforms and agencies?
Yes. Participation is free, without obligation and non-exclusive. PEXOR Network is an additional specialist channel, not a restriction on how you approach the market.
